30-Day Return Policy

If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect or is not as described, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will arrange a return and full refund or replacement at no cost to you.

How to Initiate a Return

Email hello@unbrand.com.au with your order details and a description of the issue. We will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.

Items must be returned in their original packaging. Once received and inspected, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Parallel Import & Warranty

All items sold by Unbrand are genuine Garmin products sourced through parallel import channels. Because they were not imported through Garmin Australia's official distribution network, Garmin Australia's local warranty program does not apply.

In the event of a manufacturing fault, warranty service would need to go through the country of original sale. However, your statutory rights under the Australian Consumer Law (see below) are not affected by this.

Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
